Photo Editing Made Easy
For busy wedding & portrait photographers so you can close that laptop sooner.
I had so much fun with the videos for June that I’ve decided to keep doing them for July!
This is a quick video for ya: There are two kinds of photo editing—are you using both?
Give it a quick watch:
(< 1 minute watch)
Did you know there are actually two types of photo editing? And you need both if you want to save time editing without sacrificing quality.
Here’s what I mean.
Creative editing is where your unique editing style comes to life. Think of it as the “signature look” you apply to key images in a gallery—often your sneak peeks.
These are the photos where you fine-tune every detail: color, tone, etc. Creative editing takes time—and that’s okay. You’re building the artistic look and feel for the entire gallery.
Once your creative edits are ready, batch editing is where the magic of efficiency kicks in. You can copy your editing settings from those sneak peeks and apply them across the rest of the gallery.
It saves you hours of time, keeps your work consistent, and helps reduce burnout.
It’s not about choosing one or the other—you actually need both.
Creative editing builds the visual foundation, and batch editing gets you across the finish line faster.
Even better? You don’t have to do all the batch editing yourself.
Batch editing is something you can outsource to a private photo editor (like me!). I can take care of the heavy lifting so you can focus on growing your business or just spending more time with your family.
Curious what that could look like for your business?

Happy editing,
