All client work occurs Monday thru Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern Time except for holidays.
All downloading of your files, editing, transferring final catalogs and invoicing will occur during the above business hours.

Vacation Reminders & Deadlines

May 2024

I'm taking vacation May 27 - May 31. Please submit your catalog by May 15th if you want to receive it back before I go on vacation.

Upload Catalog to Editing Queue

Please fill out your editing project information below when you have a catalog ready for editing. This will add your catalog to my editing queue. Once you've fill out your information, click "Submit/Upload" to submit your edit and you'll be taken to my WeTransfer page to send me your catalog.


PLEASE NOTE: Only sumbit to the editing queue if you already have your catalog prepared and ready to upload to WeTransfer. You're spot in the editing queue is only secured if you also send over the catalog.

How the Queue Process Works

Step 1

PREPARE CATALOG

Prepare your catalog with anchor images and export as a Smart Previews catalog.

Step 2

SUBMIT PROJECT

Come to the Client Dashboard to submit your project info and choose the services desired.

Step 3

WETRANSFER

Upload your catalog to my WeTransfer page. Please reference your project name.

Step 4

DELIVERY

Turnaround time starts the day after you upload your catalog unless you already have a catalog in the queue.
